L-ppi is a combination of two drugs 1-Rabeprazole (EC) 20 mg and 2- Levosulpride (SR) 75 mg

RBEPRAZOLE IS PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR

Levosulpride in L-ppi exert its prokinetic action through dual mechanism

1 - Selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist

2- Serotonin 5 HT4 receptor agonist

Thus L-ppi is Indicated in GERD, DYSPEPSIA, CONSTIPATION, IBS, REFLUX ESOPHAGITIS.
